I'm a student pilot and an avid aviation lover, immensely passionate about airplanes, the skies, and learning about them. I created the AROTA app and this website to share collective knowledge on the art of flying. I hope you find these ROTs useful!
What are rule of thumbs?
A rule of thumb is a practical recommendation that offers simplified information or a basic rule-set with reference to a specific concept or course of action. It is a general principle that provides guidelines for carrying out or handling a specific task.
